BIO

Arthur has been at PMI for over 8 years, first as VP Creative Director of Global Communications and now as VP and Executive Creative Director, working on the rollout of products in the U.S. as part of PMI’s smoke-free journey. He drives the creative integration across all commercial channels and across paid and earned media in support of the IQOS Be the First platform, delivering strategy, campaigns, and ideas while also supporting the transformation of PMI’s internal culture. Arthur draws on his extensive global contacts to bring in top talent, connect with new media partners, and revolutionize the organization’s creativity and communications, while also crafting campaigns and initiatives to engage regulators and legislators. 
Arthur moved to PMI in 2018, after 12 years as CEO of CreativeFeed (Cf.), a marketing strategy and execution firm that he also founded. Born in Silicon Valley and raised on Madison Avenue, Creative Feed was a group of lateral thinkers and producers who together formed an accelerator for the C-Suite. They worked with the Bordeaux Wine Council, Gannett and Plantronics. Cf. was also a member of the Inc. 500|5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies. Before launching CreativeFeed, Arthur was Senior Partner and Executive Creative Director of OgilvyOne San Francisco. There he helped grow the agency to 70 people in just two years, and created innovative online marketing campaigns for Yahoo! and Cisco. Before joining OgilvyOne, Arthur was Executive Creative Director for Integrated Communications at Euro RSCG-NY, where he oversaw award-winning campaigns for Intel, Volvo, Jaguar, New Balance, and Evian.Arthur holds an MFA from Yale University and a BA from the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. He is fluent in French and English and has worked extensively in both the U.S. and Europe. Some of his industry honors he has received include: Communicator Awards (1st place), Hermes Creator Awards (1st place), The Sabre Award, the One Show Award, Cannes Lion finalists, the @d: Tech Award for Best Consumer Site, Adweek’s Best Online Campaign of the Year, and the MSN Creative Award for Best Rich Media.the One Show Award, Cannes Lion finalists, the @d: Tech Award for Best Consumer Site, Adweek’s Best Online Campaign of the Year, and the MSN Creative Award for Best Rich Media.
